Beautiful people I loved meeting them and running a 45 mins workshop about stress and ways to manage it.
Key steps:
1 mindfulness - no judgmental observing point
2 breathing practices
3 moving the body - shaking
4 connecting with the self and remembering the truth of who we are.
Empowering stuff to feel that we are not victims and that we have the tools to self-regulate and bring us back to centre and balance.
We all have and my service is to help people remembering.
