Imagine how much propaganda it took to make us believe that the symptoms we feel is the body malfunctioning…

And that those symptoms are not the body intelligently communicating with us that there is something wrong.

When we look at how we live, disconnected from nature, it is no surprise that we are so disconnected from our own bodies .

Nature is divinely intelligent and our bodies mirror that intelligence.

We have just been conditioned to think otherwise.

They say that we have 1 million problems until our health suffers. And then we only have one problem.

If we keep outsourcing our health to others, we will never experience true health or freedom.

Your body is your most scared and intelligent asset. Protect it. Bring back sovereignty. ❤️🔥

❌ Most perfumes are incredibly toxic ❌

And when we are exposed to them daily alongside other toxic products (toothpaste, suncream, body lotion, makeup, shower gel, deodorant, household products etc…) we overload the body with toxins and thus puts strain on the liver , kidneys and the immune system.

So what can you use instead to smell amazing?

- natural body oils like the one I’m holding from

- natural perfumes like the ones from

- body lotions that are naturally infused with delicious scents

Smelling good doesn’t have to come at the cost of your health and perfume is certainly not worth the health risks ❤️

Most high-performing women don’t realise this...

Stress isn’t just something you feel.
It becomes something you are.

When you’ve built your business in survival mode for years, your body starts believing that chaos is safety.

You become addicted to doing.

Your nervous system starts confusing peace with laziness, rest with weakness, stillness with danger.

So even when you finally take time off, your mind doesn’t stop.
The thoughts race. The guilt creeps in.

And no amount of yoga, podcasts, or bubble baths changes it... because they don’t reach the root.

I’ve been there.

I tried every “self-care” tool... the podcasts, yoga classes, meditation apps... but my body was still wired for stress.

Because you can’t outthink a dysregulated nervous system - you have to rewire it.

Here’s what actually works:

🌬 1. Rebuild safety in stillness

When your body doesn’t feel safe slowing down, it will sabotage every attempt to rest. Start small: two minutes a day, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and remind your body — “I am safe to stop.” This rewires your stress response faster than any affirmation ever will.

⚡️ 2. Complete the stress cycle daily

Stress isn’t meant to stay stuck in your body.
Move it out - through exercise, breathwork, shaking or hopping that lets your body release tension, not suppress it.

🧠 3. Lead from the body, not the mind

Before every major decision, pause. Ask: “Am I acting from fear or from truth?” When your nervous system is calm, your decisions will scale your business.

This is the work that changes everything.
