My patient has kindly put together some parts of her full set of body contouring surgeries to share with you all. She has lost a significant amount of weigh and consequently loose skin! Surgical plan in stages: breast lift with implants (in two stages), extended arm lift, FDL corset abdominoplasty body lift (2 stages) and we will do the thighs very soon! 3 months post-op arm lift (brachioplasty) — a powerful option for when skin laxity won’t respond to the gym.
In this case, removing excess skin has created a cleaner arm contour, and the scar is positioned along the inner arm to keep it as discreet as possible. Scars continue to mature and fade over time, and aftercare makes a difference.

On the third picture have a look to see how far the mole from her upper abdomen has moved down near her new bellybutton giving you an indication of the amount of skin removed!
