The Inípi ceremony is a purification ceremony of the lakota nation. Also referred to in these times as a sweatlodge that is guided with lakota songs and prayers. This ceremony is ancient and one of re-birth. Only those who walk the red road (chankuluta) spiritual path of the lakota can run this ceremony with the proper instructions and guidance of elders.

Joseph ‘Rising Sun’ Christlow who is running the ceremony has been on the hill for 4 years vision quest ceremony (Hamblechà yapí), he has been Sun dancing (chí wakan tree of life sun dance ceremony) for 11 years, he is a family man and a community leader. Choosing to direct his energy in these time to share these ancient practises with the people of his homeland.

Aho is excited to invite you join us on Berkeley Farm where we will share the The Inípi Ceremony in the lakota tradition and with Joe and his team.

Aho, Brothers.

After our second meeting on 7th Feb we accomplished a huge amount and enjoyed working and sharing together, clearing and burning what no longer served us.

This is a calling for the men, that like me enjoy the fresh air, escaping the city for the afternoon and working with their hands and the land. Aho has plans to develop Berkeley Farm into a small Festival Site by July and we begin with a wooded area that needs to be cleared. If you are interested in meeting monthly throughout this year with other brothers where we work and build together, burn what needs to be cleared, share banter and chat around the fire, you are more than welcome to join us.

Future dates are:
Sat 7th March
Sat 11th April
Sat 16th May
Sat 6th June

No experience needed although if you have skills and or a trade that lends itself to land work, men’s groups or working with hand or power tools, we would love to meet you and all brothers are welcome.

Berkeley Farm is set in 18 acres of private Essex countryside just a short drive from the city and close to Hainault Station on the Central Line.

Looking forward to seeing you on the 7th. Register your interest here and I will add you to the Brothers what’s app group.

Aho Sisters

You are invited to join Panayiota Theophanous for the first of many sisters gatherings on Berkeley Farm. A day where women come together in sisterhood to tend the land, honour the Earth, and prepare the ground for deeper connection and community, in celebration of the Spring Equinox — a sacred time of balance, renewal, and new beginnings.

The day is held as a shared experience of devotion, simplicity, and togetherness. Please bring food to share as we nourish one another and celebrate community.

We will gather around the fire, offering gratitude, prayers, and intentions for growth, healing, and collective well-being as we cross this seasonal threshold together.

Berkeley Farm is set in 18 acres of private Essex countryside just a short drive from the city and close to Hainault Station on the Central Line.

Register your attendance and you will be invited to join a sisters what’s app group. Via www.aho.community

What is 3i Atlas? A discussion, meditation and remote viewing group event

Like me, are you intrigued and wondering what on Earth 3i ATLAS is. A thousands of years old piece of rock travelling through space or is it ancient Alien technology? Where has it come from and why is it arriving now into our consciousness? What does it mean to you? Do you think it has a purpose for...
