Advance Together is growing, and we’re looking for a kind, reliable, and motivated Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team.

If you’re passionate about supporting adults to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, continence support)
• Support with meal preparation, hydration and nutrition
• Medication prompts / administration in line with care plans
• Help with household tasks to maintain a safe home
• Provide companionship, emotional support and respectful communication
• Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
• Record visits, observations and any concerns accurately
• Work closely with families, professionals and the Advance Together team

What we’re looking for:
• Kindness, patience and a genuine desire to help others
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Reliability and good timekeeping
• Care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
• Willingness to complete DBS checks and required training

What we offer:
