Excited for this one. has partnered with us to bring today's Digital research infrastructure Community Congress key points to life. Why?

Because they have a vision they want to see come to life: 'a coherent state-of-the-art national digital research infrastructure that will seamlessly connect researchers, policy makers and innovators to the computers, data, tools, techniques and skills that underpin the most ambitious and creative research.' We're here to support that vision.

The team is keen to add that WOW factor to the day and make a lasting impact by creating powerful visual metaphors from the day in web and print format to share across the community so that they can:

⚡Double the engagement so that participation grows during the event
⚡Amplify the messages shared to create a collective understanding of what matters to the community and what to focus on

🎉 HAPPY 11th BIRTHDAY TO my baby Natalka Design - you've come a long way from running around east London, telling people you draw fast and are creative to running a fully fledged strategic communications business embarking on year 12 adding value to clients around the world. What a ride.

THANK YOU to all of you who've been a part of our journey 🎉🚀🎂. Special Thank You to the person who believed in me first before I did, my dear friend Mr Darren Robson. I wouldn't be where I am without your belief, support, energy and guidance.

11 Lessons for 11 years running this business. Hope at least one helpful there.

1. ✅ Adaptability is key: Being able to adapt to changes in the market or industry is crucial for success. Be flexible and willing to pivot when necessary. Way before Covid we were fully set up as 'remote only' always shape shifting and getting ready for the unknown.

2. ✅ Embrace failure: Failures are inevitable. Instead of dwelling on them, embrace them as opportunities to learn and grow. I've encountered many on my journey and I'm sure many more to come.

3. ✅ The importance of networking: Building and maintaining relationships is crucial for business success. Attend events, join networking groups and seek out mentorship opportunities.

4. ✅ Prioritize client satisfaction: Happy clients lead to repeat business and referrals. Cherish these relationships, work on them and be helpful without being asked.

5. ✅ Always learn: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in your industry. Attend conferences, read industry publications, and seek out development opportunities.

6. ✅ Manage your time effectively: As a business owner, there are always more tasks than time. Learn to prioritize and delegate effectively to ensure you're using your time wisely. I am yet to learn that.

7. ✅ Take care of your team: Your team is the most valuable asset. Treat them well, provide opportunities for growth and foster a positive work environment.

It's my BIRTHDAY today🎉🎉🎉

I can see you all picking up your phones and firing those emails left and right to tell us about your BIG problem or opportunity you want to work on with team. We have capacity for 10 more projects this year so GO! (Actually 9 since I wrote this🤭).

Getting older is so underrated. I love it. Each year more wisdom, more insights and curiousity. Give me all the wrinkles. Shows I'm alive and have stories. Celebrate every year you get to be on this rock. What a crazy journey to be a part of!

It's my NAME DAY and I'm taking the DAY OFF 😎

I hear you go: 'Your what?'

I know, weird right?

In Poland (where I'm from), people celebrate their Name Day. As a kid, it's a big deal! It's almost as big as your birthday. You get presents, wishes, and, if you're lucky, friends for a party!

After moving to London almost 15 years ago, I realised quickly no one knows what the hec I am talking about. Fair!

Anyone else celebrating here this weird and wonderful day?

Guess it's yet another way to celebrate yourself, remind yourself you're awesome, and, for some random reason, your name that you didn't pick, once a year will remind you that.

So if you're celebrating your Name Day like me - happy Name Day! Go and do something nice for yourself 🤗
