We are a bespoke health and wellbeing company who believe in encompassing fitness, physical therapy and nutritional support to empower and motivate our clients to achieve their ultimate health and wellbeing goals. At The London Fit Club we pride ourselves on the success of you, the customer. Our passion lies in creating the most effective lifestyle change plans which consist of three elements:

We do this through the introduction of tailored exercise plans, physio to facilitate (if needed) and a nutritionist to advise and/or plan your meals alongside food preparation cooked by our very professional chef for the busy day you have ahead. We believe in bridging the gap between all three practitioners to create the best natural way to improve health and wellbeing for a sustainable future. Our services

We offer a variety of services ranging from preventative and rehabilitation training, mobility and core stability, functional training, sports and combat training, to individualised personal training. Our nutritional support augments our training and consists of meal planning and food prepping specifically for your individual nutritional needs. The Company

We are a local and passionate health and wellness company based in SE8-SE16 and established in 2010; we cover south east London and welcome anyone who comes to visit us outside of that radius. Each of our personal trainers are professional and friendly coming with a minimum of 5 years experience within the industry and each having their specialist areas. The London Fit Club work with professional chefs to assist clients with nutritional goals where we can prepare, seal and deliver your food straight to your door. By assisting newly trained coaches and trainers gain experience post education to assist with their new career path

With years of experience in physiotherapy and rehab, she specialises in helping you understand your body, not just fix the pain.

Whether you’re dealing with an injury, recovering post-op, or trying to move better in your training, Tanya’s approach combines hands-on treatment, movement assessment, and corrective exercise to get you back performing at your best.

She works closely with our sports therapists and strength & conditioning coaches to make sure every client has a complete pathway from recovery to performance.
