The Autumn Equinox invites us into a sacred moment of balance—when day and night stand in perfect harmony. It is, a time to honour the abundant blessings in our lives, release what no longer serves us and prepare for the inward journey of the coming months.
Join me for a restorative sound bath where Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, sea drum and voice will guide you into a place of deep relaxation. A gentle space where you can let go and transition with ease into the new season.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable.
