Before you come into theatre, Dr Wolf will review a list of:

- Patient history (medical, surgical, family)
- Medication list
- Allergies
- Diagnosis and rationale for surgery
- Risk assessment
- Surgical plan
- Body measurements or markings (when relevant)

As you can see, for this patient with lipoedema the fat on the anterior thighs was reduced significantly to reveal a slimmer, toned shape.
