💫Your life can only rise as high as the foundation you build it on💫

Mother Earth teaches us safety, stability, and belonging

She doesn’t rush.

She doesn’t panic.

She doesn’t abandon herself when storms come.

But many of us learned to live in survival mode —
bracing for what might go wrong, holding our breath, gripping life tightly.

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned
that resting was lazy…
that saying no was rude…
that putting ourselves first was selfish.

Especially as women.
Especially if you grew up having to be “good,”
useful, pleasing, or strong.

But here’s the truth:

Self-care isn’t about bubble baths and candles.
It’s about listening to your body when it whispers…
before it has to scream.

It’s about choosing rest instead of burnout.
Boundaries instead of resentment.
Truth instead of people-pleasing.

It’s about meeting your nervous system with safety,
not pressure.

When you care for yourself,
you don’t become less available to others.

You become more grounded.
More present.
More authentic.
More you.

And that’s not selfish.
That’s sovereign.
