Our Lead Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Chair of Governors are completing the virtual London Marathon on Sunday 26th April 2026. This is on behalf of our charity 'Friends of Jack Tizard.'

In addition to this, our 1419 students will be completing the Mini Marathon on 22nd April, during the school day.

We had a great time marking World Book Day this week. Our pupils, parents and staff made us so proud with the wonderful costumes, creatively decorated classroom doors and some amazing reading related activities. Well done all 🥰📖📚📒

What an amazing evening! Celebrating our Jack Petchey winners at Kensington Town Hall. A big thank you to our students, families and staff for making the evening so special. We were so proud to celebrate the exceptional achievements in indepedence and work experience. Well done all!😍🏆🥇

This year’s International Arts Week has been a big success thanks to everyone’s extra hard work in creating exciting & fun ways to learn about different countries & their cultures.
Of the many activities in school, the students enjoyed Greek music & dancing, learned how to do a Chinese fan dance & explored Chinese dragon costumes.
We had an amazing international feast day on Thursday and we owe a massive THANK YOU to all the families & school staff who cooked & shared their food from around the world. It was a delicious way to celebrate the school community’s different cultures!

We are pleased to share information from Hammersmith and Fulham Healthy Homes Team.
The service provides free advice, energy-saving measures, and support with grants and discounts to help residents stay warm, healthy, and save money. Green Doctors are trained energy advisers offering home visits and phone consultations. We hope it helps!

It was a pleasure to welcome Cllr Frances Umeh, Councillor for White City ward and Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness, to the school last week. Our pupils loved meeting her and showing off their work. It is great to hear that she shares our inclusive and driven ethos to provide the best outcomes for our children and their families. We look forward to more joint work with her in the future.

Christmas is coming at JT! 🎁🎉🎄🥰

Our elves have been busy decorating and the school is looking great. We are feeling excited for our Christmas activities, including Santa's Grotto, Christmas plays, QPR visit, Christmas lunch and a royal celebration at Kensington Palace for our 1419 students. We're sure everyone will have lots of festive fun!

Our amazing 14–19 students have been taking part in a weekly work-experience placement at Kensington Palace!

They’ve been exploring fascinating artefacts, learning about conservation, discovering the many jobs within the palace, and diving into the rich history of the monarchy.

Next week is the grand finale!! We’ll be presenting our work inside Kensington Palace itself! We are proud of everything they’ve achieved!
