Harris has been serving the gentry of St. James's with their unique products since first opened in 1790. The shop still retains many of the original fixtures and furniture from this period and many of the products have remained largely unchanged. Although traditional, D.R. Harris products offer a timeless sense of quality and understated luxury that appeals to gentlemen and women of all ages.

DOUBLE DONATIONS! We’ve been donating 50% of the value of all sales of St James’s 1684 to St James’s Church Piccadilly since we launched it. Now, until 9th December all those donations will be doubled thanks to The Big Give.

Our donations were initially going towards The Wren Project, a £24m+ project to renew, restore and open up the Christopher Wren church but as that fundraising target is now much closer, we have switched our donations to help with St James’s outreach work. Chiefly through their Feast and Sunday Breakfast initiatives, the church feeds and cares for those in the local area experiencing homelessness and poverty.

This is a great opportunity to buy a wonderful fragrance and do double the good you usually would.

All at D. R. Harris are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty the Queen. Our thoughts are with the Royal family and the wider Royal household. Throughout her reign she has been a shining example of selflessness, honour and decency. It has been a privilege to serve her in our small way. Rest in Peace.

Almost Cut My Hair inspired by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young’s song of the same name, was the first idea for our Lockdown Care Packages.

Spurred on by seeing so many (mostly unsuccessful) attempts at home haircuts, we thought perhaps the urge could be stayed a little while longer by showing your hair some love.

We have created a range of Lockdown Care Packages which have been put together to cover some needs for you and others during lockdown.

You might have seen a friend or colleague on Zoom and thought they could do with A Good Shave or an Isolation Beard Starter Kit. Or, you might be a long way from a loved one and want to show them you care by sending them the closest thing to a hug you can with a fragrant warm bath.

For every one of these sets sold we are donating 30% of the price to your choice of one of three charities: Medecins Sans Frontiers , NHS Charities Together or The Trussell Trust
