WOW. This trend gave me a beautiful circle of life.
2016: The year I apparently became obsessed with Ab transformation via HIIT, home circuits, Joe Wicks, protein crisps and carbs on training day.
2016 was my first year back in LDN, my mental health was fragile after 5 years of lacking self belief, support, self loathing, spinal injuries, and PMDD (unlabelled).
I stayed in LDN until I saved enough money to go travelling, or what ended up being a year of living in Oz.
In that time, my friendship group dispersed, I was in a long distance relationship, I picked up random pub work, event work until I landed my first job in central London at Pro Direct's flagship, which was mind-numbingly destroying đÂ
To combat it all, morning routines became my mental health saviour once Tigger became a part of the family. Iâve only now realised thatâs probably why Iâm particular about how I spend my AMs presently.
When I eventually made it to Oz, a new continent provided a build for a new identity, apparently that meant going blonde, rebranding my mental narrative and lived in my self development era, the chimp paradox completed. Travel (legit off road, travel) offered life insight we cannot buy, aside from the ticket to get there that is.
Little did I know 2016 was the beginning and reasoning behind my career and motive to support others in living pain-free and finding empowerment.
Fck am I proud of her.
