Charlotte is a seasoned operations and communications professional with extensive experience leading strategic initiatives, organisational delivery, and high-profile programmes. With a foundation in marketing and communications and qualifications in Graphic Design, she brings a rare blend of creative insight and operational rigour to senior leadership roles.

Charlotte plays a pivotal role in the successful planning and delivery of the NAHS Annual Conference and Awards, overseeing end-to-end operations, stakeholder coordination, and event governance. Her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and calm leadership under pressure make her a trusted operational lead and a key driver of organisational performance.
