I remember being presented with this question over 10 years ago now when I began to study, it petrified me! Then I began to think why? What scared me with the thought of answering this, then I realised it’s because I had never thought about it before! My Discovery of self awareness really started from that moment and I started questioning my every behaviour, tone, interactions, how I felt in situations. I know now this will take a lifetime, we are constantly learning WHO we ARE!
