Join Alexa (Head of Training) and Jamie (Wholesale Manager) as they dial in our Brazil house espresso - Sure Shot.

Recently renamed from IMPACT, Sure Shot is our best selling house espresso.
It’s been one of the most consistent coffees we’ve had on bar, which is why so many of our wholesale partners run it every day.
Sourced exclusively for us by the brilliant team at .fazenda , it’s a coffee we know inside out and rely on for its stability, sweetness and clean profile.

This lot is a peaberry selection from Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil. 100% single origin, honey processed, and made up of Yellow Catucaí, Mundo Novo and Yellow Bourbon varieties.
It’s classic, but still has enough character to keep things interesting when you’re dialing in or tasting it on its own.

In the cup you’ll get toasted pecan, tangerine and Malteser vibes. Works brilliantly as a straight shot and sits perfectly in milk.

Alexa and Jamie talk through the recipe they’re using, how they approach adjustments, what they look for in flavour, and the usual level of nonsense that comes with too many espressos before lunch.

PRE-ORDER NOW!! - First Roast 31st October

To celebrate almost five years of ICON we have a couple of really special releases lined up for you. This is only the second coffee from Panama that we’ve featured in this series and when we tried it we knew it would be the perfect choice for a special occasion. We get loads of florals like lily and honeysuckle, peach and citrus notes, lemon verbena tea and a rich sweetness like honey.

🎉 Snoozzze turns 1! 🎉

This Thursday 9th October (11am–3pm) we’re teaming up with our friends at .coffee for their very first birthday. To celebrate, we’ve released a special collaborative coffee – a vibrant Bourbon Passiflora from Colombia, co-fermented with passion fruit. 🍑✨

Alexa, Jamie & Matthew from PLOT will be behind the bar with the Snoozzze crew, brewing, chatting, and just having a good time.

Come down, say hi, and taste the collab coffee! We’ll also be serving it as a flight: espresso, milky & filter. It’s going to be delicious – and we can’t wait to see you there!

PLOT and Mió have been working together for five years, and for the first time, we’re co-hosting an event (one of several) exploring what’s currently karfuffling in coffee and what possible futures might lie ahead.

You’ll hear from Ana (Mió’s Partner and Commercial Director) and Matthew (PLOT’s Co-Founder and Head of Coffee) as they reminisce about the spark that started this partnership, and what’s defined its success (spoiler: peaberries).

Ana will then take the stage with a brand-new talk (yes, slides and all) on what blending really means when applied to coffee farming in loco (it’s a whole different creature).

Joining us virtually from Brazil, Dr Lucas Louzada (Mió’s Operations Director and in-house genius) will share sciency-graphs, data, and results on post-harvest protocols designed to tackle climate collapse.

Finally, we’ll close the evening with the very first open cupping of Mió’s brand-new harvest—your chance to taste and see the results of this year’s crop firsthand.

It’s Daterra Masterpiece time again! This selected lineage of Arara has been nicknamed “Ceuci” after the Tupi-Guarani goddess of plantations and harvests. The cultivar has an excellent flavour profile which is enhanced by the signature anoxic fermentation that most of the masterpiece lots are treated to. In the cup we’re tasting loads of yellow fruits and citrus, soft peach notes, a sweetness like candy and some delicate floral aromas.

The Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) for Cuppers Course is a two-day deep dive into coffee evaluation. This course introduces you to the SCA’s new CVA system—a framework for understanding coffee’s value beyond the traditional cupping form.

Over two days, you’ll take part in hands-on cuppings, interactive lectures, and guided discussions, giving you the skills to confidently apply CVA in your professional work.
Take part in setting the new global standard for coffee evaluation.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a Yemeni coffee feature in this series and we are so happy to have such a great example of the unique and unusual flavour profiles that are characteristic of the Haraz region. This lot is rich and unctuous with intense raisin and sweet red liquorice flavours, complemented by exotic brown spice notes like clove. It all comes together to form an incredible cup that reveals new complexities with each tasting.
