Join us for CROSSROADS II, an interactive deep dive into the real-world decisions, constraints, and technologies that shape the coffees you work with long before they reach the roastery.

Drawing from Mió’s estate and producer network, we’ll explore coffee production at scale (or Coffeecraft, as they call it), from farm to wet mill, dry mill, raised beds, and beyond.

We’ll unpack how infrastructure, weather, timing, logistics, and human choices influence quality, consistency, and flavour, because great coffee is built on well-judged trade-offs in unpredictable conditions.

Expect guided discussion, shared problem-solving, and a tasting of Mió coffees roasted by PLOT.

Join us this Friday 23rd at 6pm for a cupping of unbelievable Peruvian micro-lots from our friends at Chacra.

Until recently, Peru was often dismissed as a producer of bulk, organic lots for blending. Overshadowed by its better-known neighbour Colombia, Peru has all the prerequisites for excellent coffee, and has quietly been smashing our preconceptions of what's possible from this country.

Simon and Merlith from Chacra will be joining us to taste through this season's coffees and talk about some of the challenges and idiosyncrasies that make Peru such a fascinating origin to work in.

What better way to start 2026 than with a Gesha from one of our favourite farms! Maria Eugenia is an absolute gem, and her coffees always shine. Her husband Arnoldo grows tiny amounts of this variety at La Senda, which Maria processes in small batches with utmost care and attention to detail. This nano-lot delivers an explosive sweetness, with notes of raspberry candy, cola, delicate peach tea, and elegant floral undertones like roses.

🎄 Christmas Opening Hours 🎄

From all of us at PLOT: Jamie, Matthew, Ags, Lilly, Alexa & Krystyna - here’s a little heads up for the festive period.

We’ll be closed from 24th December and reopening on 5th January.

👉 Last guaranteed orders before Christmas:
Please place orders no later than Thursday 18th December for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery.

⏰ As always, orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day.
We’ll still be roasting right up until the 23rd December, and orders will continue to go out, but with courier delays being… well, couriers at Christmas, we’d really recommend getting your festive coffee orders in next week to avoid any last minute stress.

Thanks so much for all the support this year, we genuinely couldn’t do it without you! And we’re excited for 2026!

To celebrate this auspicious milestone, we have a subscriber exclusive treat.

We've raided our freezer reserve to bring you something we’ve been saving for a special occasion. Two outstanding auction coffees from Colombia that broke records for the prices they achieved. These lots showcase the very best of these regions and we are so honoured to have been invited to take part in these auctions and to be able to share with you the winning lots from each.

To further sweeten the deal we have included a juicy washed Rosado (pink Bourbon) from the Cauca auction.

Recently renamed from IMPACT, Sure Shot is our best selling house espresso.
It’s been one of the most consistent coffees we’ve had on bar, which is why so many of our wholesale partners run it every day.
Sourced exclusively for us by the brilliant team at .fazenda , it’s a coffee we know inside out and rely on for its stability, sweetness and clean profile.

This lot is a peaberry selection from Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil. 100% single origin, honey processed, and made up of Yellow Catucaí, Mundo Novo and Yellow Bourbon varieties.
It’s classic, but still has enough character to keep things interesting when you’re dialing in or tasting it on its own.

In the cup you’ll get toasted pecan, tangerine and Malteser vibes. Works brilliantly as a straight shot and sits perfectly in milk.

Alexa and Jamie talk through the recipe they’re using, how they approach adjustments, what they look for in flavour, and the usual level of nonsense that comes with too many espressos before lunch.

To celebrate almost five years of ICON we have a couple of really special releases lined up for you. This is only the second coffee from Panama that we’ve featured in this series and when we tried it we knew it would be the perfect choice for a special occasion. We get loads of florals like lily and honeysuckle, peach and citrus notes, lemon verbena tea and a rich sweetness like honey.
