When I was challenged by Ch4, on Joe Swashโ€™s meal deal show, to quit meal deals for 5 days and make my own lunches it was a time of reflection... how my self-care and love had slipped, how we have to take care of ourselves before others, how my Nanโ€™s would shudder if they were alive to see us snatching expensive soggy sandwiches on the run, how weโ€™re not engaging our senses when eating, how we donโ€™t know whatโ€™s in our foods any more...

What do you think? Do you always prep your foods?
