To support the Audit Department in the provision of the following services to Hamilton Deed’s (HD) clients in the UK:

The development, implementation and monitoring of ISO management systems (ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001)
H&S Consultancy including site inspections, H&S representative role and ensuring the company’s policy and system are adhered to
Developing a positive ISO and HSE culture among our clients
Carry out client’s Internal Audits
Acting as the client representative to 3rd parties’ audits/ visits, as required. Assisting in preparation for external audits (ISO or similar) and attending the same and ensuring any related actions raised are closed out.
Conducting accurate detailed Compliance Audit Measure (Hamilton Deed Tool -CAM) audits as required.

A key aspect of the role will be the development of good, collaborative and lasting relationship with HD clients and HD teams to allow the company to improve and grow. As an organisation Hamilton Deed wants to strive to be at the forefront of our industry.

Ensure the works are carried out in compliance with required standards and support the accomplishments of the HD objectives and targets.

Part of your role will also involve:

Keeping abreast of relevant legislative changes
Representing HD by attending and presenting at client meetings
Maintaining the positive company brand and image
Planning and managing own diary/workflow
Feeding back trends in findings to the Senior Leadership team.
Support the implementation and monitoring of HD IMS within the departments and functions and provide the relevant senior management reports, as required
Requirements:

Experienced in developing and implementing ISO9001/ ISO14001 and ISO45001 Standards
Knowledge of current applicable legislation and able to work in accordance with QHSE management systems procedures
NEBOSH diploma/certificate
Degree, BTEC or HNC Building studies would be an advantage
A technical knowledge and experience working within the various sectors in Environmental and H&S roles, would be an advantage
Full UK Driving licence
Lead Auditor/Internal Audit Course in any of the ISO9001/ ISO14001/ ISO45001/OHSAS18001
