Here at LCGP; we got up to donating gifts for kids aged between 0-18. Our staff has outdone themselves and added such a big smile for those children✨

Did you know there are important vaccines recommended during pregnancy? 💉💛

✔️ Flu vaccine – anytime during pregnancy
✔️ Whooping cough (pertussis) – from 16 weeks (ideal by 32 weeks)
✔️ RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) – from 28 weeks (ideal by 36 weeks)

Each one helps protect you and your baby before and after birth. 🤰👶

☀️ *From October to March, we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight.* 
 
So, to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D.
