=Individual/group commitment to reading/study, exercise, giving thanks and going to work £$
=There is power in Books (committing to reading inspiring books) and committing to the success principles taught
=We aim is to create a super human in you, by developing all areas of your life within 2 hours each day (health, mental health, finances, spirituality and relationships

HOW DOES IT WORK?
= Group meetings every 2 weeks in person or zoom > (meetings agenda = guest speakers, book review, group discussions, networking and seminars) (Leicester)
= Daily commitment to the Morning Program (up early, personal study, pray/meditate, exercise, eat well and get ready for Work)
= Connecting to a support network
= Readers are leaders > the central part of the program is Books, studying self-development books and applying
= 5 Areas of Focus > The basis of all discussion topics, book selection, and speaker selection (Physical Health, Mental Health, Spiritual health, Financial Health, and Relationships)

=Physical state > Health, Word of wisdom, Wellbeing, Fitness, Exercise
=Mental state > Mental health, Mental fitness, Positive thinking

THE MORNING PROGRAM
=Up early 4am - 6am (discipline)
=Pray / meditate / gratitude (spirituality) 15-30mins
=Personal study (mental health) 1 hour
=Exercise (physical health) 30mins - 1hr
=Go to work (financial health) 1hr - 8hrs

(KAIZEN) Constant improvement
= Constant improvement every day
= Daily improvement of small and simple things
= 1% improvement in a host of tiny areas, the cumulative benefits would be extraordinary.
