Lately I’ve been following a few people and businesses whose content I genuinely enjoy. Creators who bring awareness, offer value, and share their knowledge openly.
But something I keep noticing in the comments…
People arguing, using harsh words, acting as if they know it all.
And that’s okay - it simply reflects their level of consciousness.
What truly caught my attention in one of these posts was a topic close to my heart: preparing the terrain, your soil for your next crop.
Your relationship with growing food.
Because just like in nature, there are so many factors that influence the result.
And it’s not always about what you want it’s about what you cultivate.
As someone said you cannot plant an apple tree and harvest oranges. Is about what you plant and nurture.
What you patiently wait for.
Through my own natural healing journey, I’ve learned one thing clearly:
You need patience.
You cannot undo years, or decades, of neglect with the snap of a finger.
My naturopath once told me:
“For every year you didn’t listen to your body, you need one month to recover.”
I was shocked.
“WHAT?! At 53… that means I need more than 4 years to bring my body back into balance!”
And the answer was so simple:
“Yes. Healing is not instant gratification. Be patient.”
Sometimes life gives us challenges exactly so we learn patience…
To stop.
To listen.
To appreciate.
To be grateful for every single day.
