Literally. This is your life. Your ONE life. Love it. Live it. Drink it up. Soak it in. Never negate the small moments, the small wins , life can be hard enough as it is, so take them 🩶

Stop people pleasing, it’s toxic and the only one who gets hurt is YOU in the end. The paranoia , the fear of not being liked, worrying that you’ve said something wrong….
💥Spoiler alert… you haven’t at all!
It’s time consuming, exhausting. Have no apologies for protecting your self and your space. Set the boundaries, stick to them.

Trust me. You will feel so much stronger and more confident than ever before ✨

Honestly, some days are just a blur to me. I’ve learnt how to succeed though , even in tiny amounts when the ‘fog’ rolls in. My chronic conditions catch me out but I’m in control, I set the rules and flow 🥰 I don’t fight anymore and nor should you 🩶 I don’t feel as frustrated as I once did because I built a routine, I use the tools here to help in my day so it’s not so chaotic. I have clarity. I set boundaries. I want this for you too. When I can’t function right I stop. I do what my body needs me to do and that’s ok 🥰🥰

If I could give you one thing this season…
…it would be the permission to soften. 🌾

🐢To slow down.
😴To rest without guilt.
😮‍💨To stop hustling for your worth.
✨To just be — present in your own breath, body, and becoming.
To just be YOU 🩶

As September rolls in, we start to feel it…
🍂 The mid-year fatigue.
📚 The back-to-school busyness.
🗓️ The creeping end-of-year pressure.

But you don’t have to match that pace.

You’re allowed to choose ✨softness over stress.
✨Stillness over shame.
✨Self-care over survival mode.

🖤This season, let softness be your superpower.

I used to do everything with someone. I was awful in my own company. I was rattled with nauseating anxiety, an exhausted social butterfly who couldn’t be alone.

Something changed.

Once I learnt to love myself a bit more, I became more at peace 🤍
Once I learnt not everyone is toxic and wants to screw me over, I trusted the right people.
Once I learnt to really take care of myself and make little incremental improvements, I liked myself more ✨
Once I learnt that the man in my life is 100% genuine and has my back, picks me up when I’m down, supports me and gives us the most loving home , I softened and trusted a man again.

We’re tested. We’re broken. We come back from the lessons we were unwillingly given. Be your own best friend first, you are with you all the time. Love her like you would your own sister, mother bestie etc 🥰🥰

✨ Confidence wasn’t built the day I started speaking louder or dressing a bit smarter 💁‍♀️
It was built the day I stopped breaking promises to myself. The day I stopped feeling s**t about myself. I was D O N E. Corporate had pretty much broke me into bits. Confidence shattered. It took years for me to research, read, self compassion (never helps!) over thinking etc you name it, I did it. 😢

That one shift—honouring what I said I would do—changed how I saw myself. I really dug deep, I got myself qualified as a life coach, I learnt I listened.
In turn
✅ I felt more grounded.
✅ I started showing up even when it felt scary, man alive there was a few times I’d of bailed but no I stuck at it!
✅ I stopped needing external validation to feel good.
✅ I LEARNT the art of setting boundaries…. This one thing is game changing and really helps validate yourself but also quietens your mind. It’s honestly liberating.
