My mission is to help as many people as possible to live an INSPIRED life, a soul-led and self-led life.

So far we're doing pretty good with the dual-accredited Certification in Coaching and Advanced NLP Mastery that's changed thousands of lives across the globe.

🌸Stepping into Authenticity

One of the most powerful things I have learnt in 18+ years in business is the power
of my authentic voice.

It was perhaps one of my weaknesses that I did not trust this powerful voice within me.

18 years ago when I sat at the café in Hyde Park, looking out over the Serpentine, and doing my life coaching assignments; I made a decision which shaped my life forever.

🌿I decided to become an inspiration to myself.

🌿I decided to be the person I wanted to be.

✒️I wrote on a piece of paper: Life Changes; Clarity, Courage Personal Truth and Change.

As my practice grew, the school grew, group coaching, teaching and the
whole online thing happened I was moved away from my original vision.

I listened to others and made them an authority on me. Tiny misalignments, like sand in my engine.

The past six weeks I have been getting up at 5:30 am and
spending 90 minutes (before my gym) with my journal, candles, soft classical
piano and “Mari Condod” my mind, my emotions, my programmes, my brand
and my business.

It’s revolutionized the way I feel. I feel strong, I know what I'm doing.

It’s easy to get influence and sidetracked and it is beautiful to find my own
soul and voice again.
