I received a Reflexology treatment from one of my students yesterday and quite honestly.... I past out, still present but I could feel myself floating. So very much needed. His assured touch, let me know exactly what he was doing. Its what my body needed. Ive spoken to students before about starting a practical, face to face Reflexology club. Let's explore in more depth the elements of reading the feet, applying our treatment to our clients conditions, ailments, etc.

So I have this cunning plan! Lol, Im thinking of building an old school face to face, social health group. Run weekly, in SE1 initially, we will look at all things health, using complementary therapies, skincare, PT and Nutrition, plus the possibility of additional social outings. Its London after all. There will be a membership fee to cover admin costs and room hire. You will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone and try new things. Come alone, meet new friends, or bring a friend and exchange them for new friends, lol, do something just for you! Everyone welcome. This is about expanding your social network and getting healthier. We had a little gathering last week, to chat about collagen Hyaluronic Acid and the need to source quality supplements with your diet. As a riddled with Arthritis for the past 19 years, im finding the dreaded onset of flare ups during Autumn and Winter, so far this year haven't materialised. Ive been taking collagen and Hyolorinic acid since April, when I was coming out of a flare up. Yes Im putting this reduction in pain partly down to my collagen and AHA, but also to the clean protein shakes and adaptogenic hebsl drinks I use to supplement my healthy diet. I can't hope to Age Disgracefully if I don't put the effort on now. Its been a harsh week, I woke up at 3am on Monday with Vertigo! Who does that? Full sleep to Vertigo. Horrendous. On the good side, I knew which techniques to put in place to help with my equilibrium. BLEND TMJSOS. When you find out the read indicator on your car isnt working, you see about fixing it straight away. To stop the honking of other drivers. Rude... but how long do we put up with minor ailments before we do something about them? Book in for a massage today so we can look for minor issues and prevent them becoming bigger... not first thing though, Im taking my car to the garage to get my indicators fixed....
