Som Diplomovaný Nutriční Terapeut. Mám za sebou 3 ročné štúdium Nutričnej Terapie na škole CNM v Londýne. Pre klientov ponúkam aj Online a Telefonické konzultácie na čísle:+421 949 311 327.

Čo je nutričná terapia?
Je to spôsob sledovania a hodnotenia všetkých symptómov, ktoré Vás denne trápia. Chronických a aj tých, o ktorých si ani neuvedomujete, že Vám spôsobujú problémy.
Nutričná terapia sa zameriava na odhalenie príčiny problémov, chorôb a nerovnováh v tele. Zisťuje, ako k nim prispieva váš spôsob stravovania a životný štýl.

Na základe zistení Terapeut zhodnotí individuálne potreby klienta a vypracuje mu Osobný Nutričný Plán zahŕňajúci:
•Hĺbkové hodnotenie zdravia a životného štýlu
•Poradenstvo v oblasti výživy a v prípade potreby Plán doplnkov.

V rámci Nutričného Poradenstva sa zameriavam na:
•Výživa dospelých / deti /seniorov
•Výživa pred a počas tehotenstva/ po pôrode
•Úprava hmotnosti
•Potravinové alergie/ intolerancie ( histamín, lepok...)
•Tráviace problémy (SIBO, Candida, dráždivé črevo)
•Zdravie srdca a ciev (vysoký tlak, cholesterol)
•Hormonálne problémy (PMS, menopauza....)
•Kožné problémy (akné, ekzémy, rosacea)
•Imunitné zdravie
•Optimálna hladina energie
•Zvládanie Stresu

Moja práca spočíva v tom, že dávam ľuďom silu a vedomosti, aby znovu získali kontrolu nad svojím zdravím, a obnovili ich energiu.

Milujem prácu s ľuďmi, ktorí chcú vyriešiť svoje problémy, aby mohli dosiahnuť úľavu od symptómov aj bez alebo s minimom liekov, aj keď sa predtým cítili beznádejne. Mojím poslaním je dať klientom vedieť, že naše telá majú samo liečivé schopností, keď im dáme správne stavebné kamene. Výsledkom je, že znovu získajú kontrolu nad svojím zdravím a lepšiu kvalitu života tak ako v mladšom veku.

🌸Gluten free Apple Curd Cheese Strudel.🌸 Sugar free
Easy recipes made with Just - Rol Gluten Free Puf Pastry
Just add grated apples, cinnamon and curd cheese and if you fancy you can add a teaspoon of maple syrup to make it sweet.
Arrange filling down the middle of the pastry lengthwise. Fold the pastry lengthwise around the mixture.
Seal edges of pastry. Whisk egg and brush onto top of pastry.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden.
Serve with Custard, or Ice-cream.
