Why I Became a Nutrition Therapist.

Resolving my own health concerns through optimal nutrition and lifestyle modifications ignited a passion within me. At some point, I tried various diets, only to find they exacerbated the situation.

This experience fueled my determination to learn more, leading me to formal education in the field.

As a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, my approach goes beyond calorie counting or strict food lists.

Passionate about helping women find peace with their eating habits while achieving their optimal weight without drastic diets, I've crafted healthy, and fuss-free solutions.
I believe in cultivating healthy and balanced eating habits in a flexible and motivating way, leading to long-lasting results.

“I’ve saved a million inspiring recipes on Instagram, but they haven’t exactly helped me create a healthy routine.

Thankfully I came across this CKS monthly subscription. The subscription comes with a full, 7-day eating schedule (five meals a day), grocery list and recipes.

I no longer have to scroll hours in search of recipes. I can just log in directly into my account and plan my week of groceries and cooking according to the seasonal meal plan! And if I want to substitute a meal, I can just look at previous months to find an alternative.

It’s a must-have for me!”

The delightful Acai Bowl – a featured recipe from this month's Clean Kitchen Stories meal plan subscription! 💚

Ingredients:
2 2/3 tablespoons Oats
2 2/3 tablespoons Almonds (crushed)
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Raw Honey
1 1/3 Banana
250 grams Frozen Berries
20 grams Baby Spinach
160 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 1/3 teaspoons Ground Flax Seed
1 1/3 teaspoons Chia Seeds
1 1/3 teaspoons Acai Powder
1 1/3 teaspoons Cinnamon

Toppings:
50 grams Strawberries (sliced)
50 grams Blueberries
2/3 Kiwi (sliced)
1/3 Nectarine (chopped)
2 teaspoons H**p Seeds

Instructions:
1. Toast oats and crushed almonds on the stovetop over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes to make granola.
2. Add coconut oil and honey, stirring to coat evenly for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In a blender, combine banana, frozen berries, spinach, almond milk, ground flax seed, chia seeds, acai powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
4. Divide into bowls and top with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, nectarine, h**p seeds, and granola. Enjoy!

Feel free to customize your acai bowl with additional fruits, nuts, seeds, granola, or nut butter. Adjust the consistency by omitting chia seeds or adding more almond milk.

Roasted Brussels sprouts - an Instagram trending recipe that is actually healthy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered if large
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
¾ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Trim the brown ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
Arrange the Brussels sprouts cut-sides down on a rimmed sheet pan, being careful not to overcrowd. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Toss to combine.
Roast until browned and tender, 18-20 minutes.

Here on Instagram, my goal is to share inspiring, straightforward, and practical tips for enhancing your diet. I focus on making improvements easy and manageable, without the burden of extensive planning.

A brief introduction: I'm Finnish, based in London and Dubai, a passionate advocate for well-being, and a mother to three amazing kids. Juggling two bustling businesses is quite the adventure!

As a parent, I'm constantly on the lookout for simple yet effective strategies to manage life without feeling drained or overwhelmed—a common state I find in many of my clients when they first approach me.

Remember, health isn't about strict rules or definitive rights and wrongs. It's a mindset. It's about being eager to grow, understanding that personal growth varies for everyone, and recognizing that there's no one-size-fits-all approach.
