If you feel like a good cry then do it. Lots of stuff coming up to heal we not allowed ourselves to look at, and you may be triggered in unusual ways.

As always rest, put your merkebah on, and ask you guide team to help.

We're in a week of lunar eclipse, full moon in Scorpio, plus mercury retrograde energies. So as Betty Davies says its going to be a bumpy ride.

So keep yourself as much as in joy as you can. Do the shadow work of facing your darkness to be healed, no matter how hard.

Stay out of blame of others and self and see it all as experiences that now need to be let go. I've done that now let's move on and release that energy so something better can come.

It will be hard at times, but you can do it with the help of your spirit teams and the Divine energy.

Know no matter how alone you feel the Divine connection is always within you to be tapped into.

Sea of solar flares happening at the moment for the next few days at least.

Archangel Michael said last night that the energy will be getting heavier though made of light.

So ground, rest when you can, eat and drink what your body tells you it wants, so you can integrate these energies easier.

Lots of personal information coming in on this light for us.

Make sure your merkabah is on and set to balance, grounding, and peace.

If you need a bit more help you can ask the Divine, or your guides and Helpers, for a sacred flame to be placed around your merkebah to help with the energy.

As we see the closing this year of the Lion's Gate we should take notice of what we experienced during this time.

If you lost people mourn their passing, but remember that their leaving was agreed as they had done whatever role they had agreed to play in your life and the earth's ascension.

If you lost your job, then review what it was about it that spirit wanted you to walk away from all this time, but were to afraid due to various factors. Now is the time for you to be brave and take that step into what you always wanted to do. After all your in that place that you were frightened of being in, so breathe and take the step onto another path and see where it leads.

Many people are waiting for an event to occur, but have you not realised you are in it. 2020 is the event. A lot of ground has to be covered as humanity has been on hold for so long. Now they are being awoken the only way they understand. Through stress and hardship, but it doesn't have to be this way.

Centring in your heart and connecting to the Earth Mother will help with this transition. You have incarnated at this time because you asked to. You wanted to be part of the big show, just as others asked to be a part of big wars fought through the centuries. You wanted to experience this timeline and what it energetically, as well as experientially, had to offer so you could have it in your Akashic Record.

However, part of this required you to lose your memory and be governed by free will, so you can see you really went for it with these experiences. Many of you will not like to hear this, but doesn't it give you more strength to know that you can un-choose what is happening to you as well?

So as you see the events around you unfolding we ask that you stay in your heart centre, send healing to the earth, and to those who need the heart support at this time. Which should include you, for all beings at this time need some support with all the changes going on.

We ask that you see you have a choice in your life. How you feel when you wake up, to how you feel about others and situations. You have power over how you experience your life. So as you send healing to the earth know you also have the power to see the 5D earth as existing now. People looking after each other, and being heart centred and connected.

Start each day this way and you will see the little ripples from your heart joining others to become a wave of joy. For as you send out blessings to others, so it will ignite their heart to do the same. One flame lighting the next until the world is a flame of joy.

The sun is entering it's 11 year activity and will soon be letting it's presence be known.

Beings of light from all over the universe are working together to make this event as easy as possible, on all levels.

The communications and electrical devices and supplies will be inactive, or even destroyed by this event. So please ensure you keep all information external to the usual systems.

Incase this event cannot be reduced enough please make sure you have enough supplies for at least 5 days, such as water, candles, dry or tinned food, batteries and things to keep you warm at night.

We hope this will not happen, but we hope due to the virus situation a lot of these supplies are already in your property.

We do not wish by outbound panic, only ensure and be resilient. The Divine will always look to your highest good, so being prepared is better than being left in the darkness howling.

The next few months will consist of a series or high energy downloads and portal activations, as well as eclipse energies increasing as each month progresses until the lions gate on the 8.8. 2020.

Know the clearing is to allow the ascention to run smoother, and the Divine has allowed a race of non-indiginous being to take part in this process for the first time in this galaxy.

See it as a blessing and an adventure rather than a punishment. You are gathering information for the Divine of your experiences. Live your life high vibrational lying as possible, but if you do feel overwhelmed seek out those who are on the same path as you. This way you won't feel alone, and they may have a way to ease your situation. Or just be willing to listen.

Be well you are not alone as long as someone is there to hear. Be their physically with you or not.

Remember at this time the earth does not need humanity, but she does need humanity to stop destroying her. So covid-19 has been used to make humanity rethink it's own existence.

Gaia can do very nicely by herself and has for millions of years. Humanity cannot and needs to realise they are renting the space and Gaia is the Landlord.

Be prepared for eviction and being asked to make good before you go if you have not looked after where you are humanity.

The current virus situation is not a punishment by God/Allah/Buddah etc. It is all about changing the vibration of the planet so we can move into the higher dimensions. This is the first time the Divine has allowed this to be experienced and observed by beings other than the indigenous beings of the planet.

This situation is all about self reflection on what really matters (not toilet roll lol) and letting go of the me first attitude that humanity have been brow beaten to be.

Look outside yourselves and see who is around you who needs help, and look inside yourself to see why you are not helping them. For often they are a reflection of a part of you that needs healing.
