All Home Instead all calls are a minimum of one hour and carers are matched to the clients to help promote the development of meaningful and lasting relationships. To ensure that we have got it right, Carers are introduced to clients before service commences and the same carer attends each visit

🦋 Finding Joy & Connection at the Butterfly Cafe 🦋

We are so proud to share this wonderful space for those over 65 and individuals living with dementia. The Butterfly Cafe is all about bringing joy, creativity, and hope to our community in a friendly, supportive environment.

From live music and singing for the brain to seated exercises and nature sessions, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

📍 Where: The Boardroom (Opposite M&S), Hambleden Wing, King's College Hospital, SE5 9RS.
⏰ When: 2:30pm – 4:30pm (See the image for specific dates!)
🎟 Cost: FREE to attend!

🌻 *Sunflower Café – Health & Wellbeing Session*

We recently welcomed Jennifer from St George’s Hospital, who delivered an informative session on bowel cancer prevention and wellbeing.

Attendees learned about symptoms to look out for, lifestyle and food choices that support better health, and how to use the bowel cancer test kit.

It was a valuable and engaging session, helping everyone feel more informed and confident about their health.

🌷 *Tulip Café – Music Therapy Session* 🎶

We had a wonderful time at our latest Tulip Café session, where Rosemary and Dave led a vibrant and engaging music therapy experience.

From live music and gentle movement to breathing exercises, singing well-known songs, and finishing with a joyful circle dance — it was a session full of energy, connection, and smiles. 💜

We created so many lovely memories, and it brought joy to everyone who took part.

A big thank you to Rosemary and Dave for their continued support and dedication to our Tulip Café. 💐

We had a wonderful time at our recent Butterfly Café session in Wandsworth, where Rose from Froglife led a fun and interactive nature experience.

She taught us all about frogs through a fun quiz and gave us the chance to create our own clay frogs. It was a session full of creativity, laughter, and connection. We made so many wonderful memories, and it brought joy to everyone who took part.
