It’s with honour and gratitude that I received this Doctor Honours Cause in Yoga with Applied Positive Psychology by the University Monte Pascoal (BR 🇧🇷) on 20th of April, 2025.

This is equivalent to a PHD with the extra merit of being indicated for its contribution to science and society. Someone today asked me how long does it take to get one?

A life, I said. Yes, I would count every step, every choice, every challenge, every tear, every scar…every warmth, every smile, every extended hand pulling me out of the darkest moments and not letting me give up myself.

This is not for me to hang on the wall, this is for you people who want a life with the health and respect standards that we all deserve.
