A few snaps to a fast start of 2026!

🌱 The National Running Show delivered once again selling my products with some amazing people met and an exciting new opportunity for me I can’t wait to share!

💪🏼 Hyrox training begins… it’s nice to have a goal set again this year to keep me motivated - it makes a massive difference for me otherwise I fall of the rails.

👶 Dad life! Having a million things going on aswell as this keeps makes things interesting at times but I can’t imagine having a boring life! First holiday completed ✅

VERY Excited to see my products now stocked at Holland and Barrett aswell as Amazon!

I’ve been working hard on this for a couple of years now and when H&B said they loved it and wanted to stock it I was over the moon!

I’ve had some great feedback from these already and would like to thank everyone who has used my CBD Oils!

Such a good few months, now back to keeping everyone fit and fighting 💪🏼

My clients will know that my sessions are not just a “Shut up and take your treatment” kind of session.

We often share honest and open discussions about a whole variety of subjects. Everyone has a story and lessons are learned every day.

I love these interactions with everyone but what’s even more powerful is seeing the effects of my work, the advice given and someone having that light bulb moment about the change they need.

It’s so amazing to see people heal, grow or develop and it’s not always physically!

I will keep pushing everyone who walks through my doors to be a better version of themselves which in turn improves me as a person too, this is not a post about how if everyone does what I say they will improve 😂 more that the art of conversations and sometimes a hard truth can really make us make the changes!

Thanks everyone for your continued support and trusting ME with your precious bodies.
