My clients will know that my sessions are not just a β€œShut up and take your treatment” kind of session.

We often share honest and open discussions about a whole variety of subjects. Everyone has a story and lessons are learned every day.

I love these interactions with everyone but what’s even more powerful is seeing the effects of my work, the advice given and someone having that light bulb moment about the change they need.

It’s so amazing to see people heal, grow or develop and it’s not always physically!

I will keep pushing everyone who walks through my doors to be a better version of themselves which in turn improves me as a person too, this is not a post about how if everyone does what I say they will improve πŸ˜‚ more that the art of conversations and sometimes a hard truth can really make us make the changes!

Thanks everyone for your continued support and trusting ME with your precious bodies.
