Feeling stiff from sitting, screen time, or work stress? 🪑 Try these 3 upper-back movements to release tension, improve spinal mobility, and restore balance 🌿:
• Cat–Cow 🐱🐮: 8–10 reps, 2 sets
• Thread the Needle 🧵: 5–8 reps per side, 2 sets
• Child’s Pose with Side Bend 🧘‍♀️: 3–5 reps per side, 1–2 sets

Move slowly, breathe intentionally 🌬️, and give your spine the reset it needs 💪.

Matthew brings his performing arts background and newly completed Level 3 Sports Massage qualification to the clinic. His experience as a performer gives him a unique understanding of how the body moves and the demands it faces. 

As a junior masseuse, Matthew is passionate about helping clients improve mobility, reduce tension, and feel their best. He takes a calm, attentive approach, making sure every session is tailored to you.
