YEAH... Sometimes we don't even realize what we are doing with ourselves.

A constant worry, imposter syndrome, fear of unknown, and comparison. The list goes on and on..... We don't even realize and the self-doubt takes over.

Then we are in the vicious cycle of not being enough and it goes on. Our self-talk makes the situation worst.

But, HEY, are these all you want????? Like really?

Then, it is time to change. Have a close look at your inner conversation and tell me whether it is leading you towards progress or holding you back?

Believe it or not, there are some limiting factors which makes it difficult for you to tick mark all your things to do, at the end of the day.
