Join me at The Beacon Centre in Harrow for a nourishing blend of yoga, breathwork, and wellbeing practices designed to support both body and soul.

These small group classes focus on mindful movement, combining Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga with elements of sound healing and the gentle use of essential oils to enhance relaxation and presence.

Whether you're seeking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, ease aches and pains, or reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, yoga can support you on your journey.

🌿 Join Our Community of Yogis – All Levels Welcome! 🌿

Step onto your mat and take a break from the busyness of life. My Wednesday evening (7-8pm), or Friday morning (10-11am) yoga class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect. Through a blend of Hatha, Slow Flows, and Yin Yoga, we’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and invite deep relaxation.
