Wellbeing in the Age of AI
With AI evolving so fast, sometimes we forget that we still have a body and mind to take care of. Wellbeing is more important than ever.
My life is about looking after myself as much as I can ,even though I still have my sins and bad habits (don’t get me wrong 😅).
Yoga has taught me something powerful: our breath matters. Every short, shallow breath slightly reduces our life span, while every long, deep one can extend it. Did you know? 🌬️
Slowing down, breathing, moving, hydrating, and caring for ourselves these are the simple things that truly matter.

what a time of change and letting go. 💛 My son is nearly 20 (yes, I have a 19-year-old son ,I’m not that young lol).
He’s always been the quiet one ,doing his own thing, never following the crowd, always humble. And now, here he is, with the biggest gut of all , following his heart and finding his person. ❤️
Funny enough, a few people have already told me that history is repeating itself , when I booked my one-way ticket to London in my early 20s, I did something quite similar. I was a bit older than Daniel, but the spirit was the same, trusting life and taking a leap. ✈️
I’ll always be here for him, of course. But I’m also learning that life keeps moving , people grow, things shift, and that’s how it’s meant to be. We can’t stop it… we can only keep loving, keep being kind, and let life unfold.

Hands on the earth, heart soft, breath steady.
In Ayurveda, Vata is the part of us that moves and changes. When it’s high, we can feel restless, anxious, or always rushing.

To calm it:

Ground yourself: Walk, stretch, or touch the earth.

Stay warm: Drink warm drinks, eat cozy foods, wrap up.

Slow down: Take deep breaths, rest, pause.

Keep a routine: Eat and sleep around the same time.

Sometimes, balance just comes from being here, now. 🤍

Summer is over 🌞➡️🍂 and honestly, instead of crying over it, I’m trying to be grateful for what I do have, my loved ones, my old friends, my new friends, and the beauty of simplicity .

Just taking a second to pause before diving into the chaos, burnout seems to be the new pandemic, and I’m really trying not to be one of them 💪🧘‍♀️
