Introducing...
Integrated Systems: Practical resources for age-attuned care.
This resource is a collection of materials to support those keen to implement frailty and age-attuned services.

Our Integrated Systems project brings together BGS members from different care settings and professions across the country. They have helped to compile resources to support people who want to create frailty and age-attuned systems.
These include:
• Top tips
• Template job descriptions
• Video conversations between those who have been there and those who are learning
• Blog posts sharing experiences

More will be added in coming weeks, so do check back regularly.
