one that looks beyond the individual, into the wider systems shaping your relationships, family, and life.

What to expect

A facilitated, experiential group space where we explore real-life themes such as:
• Relationship challenges
• Family dynamics
• Work and direction
• Repeating patterns that feel stuck

This work gently reveals what’s beneath the surface — often bringing clarity, insight, and movement.

This space is for you if you are:
• Open to going deeper than surface-level solutions
• Curious about the patterns shaping your life
• Willing to engage in a respectful group process

No experience needed.

Experiential Systemic Constellations Workshop

Join Zita Tulyahikayo for a series of thoughtful and compassionate workshops to explore life’s deeper questions through the lens of systemic wisdom.

Many of the challenges we face are connected to unseen relational patterns within our families, communities, and the wider systems we belong to.

Systemic Constellations offer a powerful experiential process that helps bring these hidden dynamics into view. By exploring our lives in a wider context, new understanding, relief, and movement can emerge.

In these workshop, participants take part in a unique group process sometimes described as creating three-dimensional living maps of life stories — allowing deeper patterns and insights to unfold.

Even witnessing the process can bring unexpected clarity.

Themes often explored include:

• family relationships
• repeating life patterns
• belonging and identity
• life transitions & decision-making
• illness, loss and caregiving
• seeking peace, clarity, or direction

No experience required.

You can sign up for every month or come for a one off session.
