The Nickel Support team have over twenty years experience of working with people with learning disabilties. Our aim is to offer real life employment opportunities, supporting people to move towards independence and strengthening their place within the community.

We had a wonderful morning enjoying the Carol singing at stenningsfamilybakery this morning. A huge thank you to carshaltonjazz for organising the fabulous music and choosing to raise money for this year.

Here is Trainee Macaulay he is going into work at Beans and Bloom. Trainee Jonny interviewed him about his next steps.

Our recent photos for the Challenging Perceptions exhibition were captured by Yani of Nova Photo Atelier, a Cheam-based portrait and branding photographer with a focus on personal, business, and event photography, among other services offered at the studio.

Yani specialises in bringing out the confidence and personality of people who don’t usually enjoy being in front of the camera, creating images that are authentic, striking, and unforgettable. Please join us in wishing a HUGE well done to our York Marathon runners - Anna and Rosie. These women absolutely smashed it with incredible times (3 hours 15 mins and 3 hours 24 mins), in the meantime making over £1500 for our trainees at Nickel Support. Wow! Thank you ladies, we are so grateful. 🙏
