Looking for a live-in carer starting on Monday 31st August in Purley, South London to assist an elderly female client.
Tasks involve:
1. Assisting with personal care.
2. Assisting with preparation of medications.
3. Preparing meals.
4. Assisting and supervising the client when walking with their frame.

Pay: £120 per day for self-employed
£110 per day if paid via payroll.
Additionally get a weekly food budget provided by the family with regular respite.

Ideally, the carer would be willing to follow a two week on/ off roster and must be ob the DBS update service or have a DBS certificate issued within the last 3 months.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to help support a lady in the SE27 area, Monday to Friday 12-6pm. The client has a diagnosis of non-epileptic seizures and diabetes type 2, though is very active and one of her passions is to go shopping with the support of a carer.

The client has a dog (French Mastiff/ Dogue de Bordeaux) therefore it is essential you are comfortable around dogs.

Tasks Include:

1. Light domestic duties.

2. Assisting with shopping.

3. Assisting and supporting the client to medical appointments.

3. Providing companionship

Ideal Candidate:

1. Have at least 2 years of experience working in the care sector.

2. Have a current DBS and be on the online update service.

3. Will have experience working with individuals diagnosed with seizures.

4. Good knowledge of the local area (Crystal Palace/ Norwood/ Streatham etc)

5. Personable

6. Organised and Punctual

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Expected start date: ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
