We believe our hardest times can lead to our greatest achievements and every battle in life is preparing you for greater success. An idea born from Founder & CEO Matt Tibbles (aka Tibbs) own life experiences. He was bullied at school, battled with drug addiction, depression and PTSD. Injured as a Professional Athlete and beaten to the ground physically and mentally. Matt believes you have two choices in life; be a victim of your circumstances or grow from your experiences. There’s something powerful about doing the journey together. Jim and his son Josh came in for a Wellness Evaluation and have decided to start holding each other accountable with their nutrition and daily habits.

They’re already part of the Bootcamp crew, training with me regularly, so now it’s about tightening up the other side of the equation… nutrition and lifestyle.

They both know what areas they want to improve.
Better food choices, more consistency, and building healthier routines.

Training together as father and son and keeping each other accountable outside of sessions is a powerful combination.

Excited to see how these two get on over the next few weeks.

To put that into perspective…

In his right hand is 5lb of body fat.
In his left hand is 1lb of body fat.

That’s roughly the amount of fat Halil has lost in just 7 days.

When people start improving their nutrition, hydration and protein intake, the body can change quickly.

Current condition check-in 👉🏽 As a coach I believe in practising what I preach. Training for strength, health and longevity, not just aesthetics.

Current stats:

Height: 5’10
Weight: 93kg
Body Fat: 18%
Protein Intake: ~120–140g daily
Training Focus: Functional strength to support current injuries and stay durable.

Right now my focus is staying strong, mobile and able to perform in training while working back from a lower back and groin injury so I can get back on the mats properly.

This is the same approach I use with my clients. Sustainable training, proper nutrition and consistency over time.

Our Story

I am Matt Tibbles and I’m an ex Army PTI who spent five years training army personnel in a variety of different ways. My experience has given me extensive knowledge of the human body and the best ways to achieve fitness goals for people of all ages. In my classes you will be outdoors and away from the gym environment. My motto is "whatever we can do in a gym we can do outside!" Whether you are looking for general fitness, to lose weight, put on weight, recover from injuries or prepare for sports competitions, as your Personal Trainer I will design a fully optimised training programme specifically created to achieve your personal goals and suited to your own particular needs in the shortest possible time. This will be based upon your age, weight, s*x, health and current fitness level. It is my job as a Personal Trainer to keep you motivated and focused. Setting constant challenges and monitoring your progress will result in noticeable improvements all round. Getting you in shape is a team effort!!
