2 oz blackberry jam
GARNISH: lime, mint, fresh blackberries, candied ginger
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix it up!

1. Pour lime juice, blackberry jam and a few ice cubes into a mason jar and shake it up!

2. Add ice to a glass.

3. Pour in blackberry mixture equally into both glasses.

4. Top with Ginger Kombucha

5. Garnish with mint, blackberry and candied ginger on a cocktail pick or simply a wedge of lime.

Perfect with a tasty cheeseboard or alongside a BBQ!

A dash of refreshing citrus fruit is always a welcome addition to a summer brunch! This unusual and delicious mocktail uses tangerine to deliver a vibrant punch which is elevated with a simple rosemary syrup.

Yes, you have to make the syrup - but the good news is it is super simple to make and can be made ahead of time, ready for you to mix in whenever the fancy takes you!

Served over ice, this is the perfect alternative to mimosas or a cooling aperitif on a warm summer's day.

Craving a Pilsner? Brooklyn Brewery's Brooklyn Special Effects Pils matches the snappy crispiness of a classic Pilsner with zero-alcohol.

Based out of - you guessed it! - Brooklyn New York, this brand is brewing its way across the pond and making waves in the UK alcohol-free scene.

A third of people under 25 have not drunk alcohol for at least a year, a recent NHS study has shown.

According to a recent Health Study for England, 38% of people in the 16-24 age bracket said they had not had alcohol in the previous year. That is up from 19% a decade earlier and is even higher for women under 25, where 42% had been sober for a year. Young people in London were more likely to abstain than other areas, including the south west of England at 14%.

As a result, there is increasing demand for sober venues and events - which are popping up all over the UK with the help of Sober Societies just like us!

Supermarkets are getting in on the act, with Waitrose expanding its non-alcoholic range by nearly 20% in response to an "all-time high" in customer demand. Ranges in pubs are increasing in recognition that the days of a lemonade for the non-drinker is no longer enough to guarantee trade.

As attitudes change and evolve, what do you want to see? What can the Sober Society do for you? We want to hear your ideas! Drop us a message or a comment!
