This latest renewal marks our sixth consecutive year as a Certified Carbon Neutral Business — a milestone that reflects our ongoing commitment to reducing our environmental impact and leading the way as The Greener Care Choice.

From measuring and reducing our emissions across Scope 1, 2 and 3, to offsetting 2,474+ tonnes of CO₂e through verified global climate projects, sustainability remains at the heart of everything we do.

Interestingly, mint has been valued for thousands of years — even in ancient times, it was appreciated for its refreshing qualities and its ability to support overall wellbeing.

Last Friday's Oakland Care Awards were special, and we’re excited to share a glimpse of the full Awards experience.

Our Day in the Life video captures the energy from the moment everyone stepped onto the red carpet, right through to recognising our amazing team members who won in their categories, each one demonstrating how they’ve gone above and beyond in their roles.

What makes the day even more meaningful is that it’s not just those in the room who get to be part of it. We stream the Awards live to all our homes, so teams and residents can cheer on their favourites!
