🌟 Last week we had our final Wellbeing Morning of 2025🌟
The morning was filled with eye-opening financial wellbeing tips and an abundance meditation to ease some of that ‘not enough’ energy going around at the moment 🌅

We started these because and I could see a clear link between Financial and Mental Wellbeing. Finances are one of the biggest causes of stress and anxiety. We decided to address this by creating a space to reduce anxiety by combining practical financial tips with easy mindfulness tools to support a deeper sense of ease 🌿
