🧠 Last year I started doing short Cognitive Resets at a few conferences and offsites and I really enjoyed it!
I love to hold space for large groups. When there are so many people, you can almost visualise them as one entity and before you know it, you feel like you’re meditating alone or with one person 😌
I zone out of individual faces and only notice people again when I open my eyes at the end. It feels magical to feel the shift in the room.
I’ve guided 10/15 minute morning grounding practices, post-lunch pick-me-ups and closing visualisations/meditations focused on memory retention and action.
I’m bringing these to more summits and townhalls in 2026, so if you’re planning an event and want it to feel a bit more... human.....let me know 🌿
