Firstly, Remember this is a holiday and you should be able to relax and enjoy yourself.
At the same time though if you’re on a journey to improving your health, why spoil it all and set yourself back because of a 2 week holiday.
Try this;
Make sure you’re eating plenty of protein and healthy fats with each meal. This will slow digestion and help you to feel fuller, making you less likely to crave and snack.
Keep active each day. You don’t need to hit gym sessions but getting a walk in and go for a swim can really help keep your metabolism working faster despite lazing around by the pool every day.
Slow down with the alcohol. Have a drink and take some time before jumping on to the next one. You might surprise yourself to know that you don’t actually need to drink bottles worth to feel good and enjoy yourself!
Be present, enjoy the quality time with your loved ones and spend less time on your phone.
