The MASTERPIECE

When I was 17 I read a book by Paolo Coelho - The Alchemist.
I loved the novel. The journey of Santiago, a shepherd boy, across North Africa to the Egyptian pyramids after he dreams of finding treasure there. This book touched me so deeply. I knew I needed to leave my hometown in order to find that treasure... I was 18 when I left.

During this journey I needed to learn how to invest in myself, to prioritise myself, to be seen by myself and others and to recognise that I AM the Masterpiece.

I look at myself and I bow to life itself. I have been going through a lot in my life. Seeking my home, seeking love, seeking health and seeking my mission in life... Falling and standing up over and over again.

I could have crumbled, I could have stayed low and miserable... But instead I was looking for a new path, the way to my greatest Self, mastering how to be a Human Being again and again. Single minded, determined and passionate about life.

And here comes the moment that I am standing strong, in the face of discomfort, in the face of uncertainty with one clear vision -
I AM THE MASTERPIECE.

I was created by God, I have all that I need for a great life already present, here and now. I love my body, I am connected to it deeply. I love, care and honour who I am, with my flaws and imperfections.

Yes I AM. And this deep realisation has made me see clearly what I can do for others. To be their guide, to be the light for those seeking to discover The Masterpiece that they are - through revealing many layers - the mental, the emotional and the physical - creating deep and intimate mind, body and soul connection.

This is Who I am and this is what I see as my greatest gift.
With this recognition I step into the space offering my gift to those who seek and are ready to step on the path to finding their masterpiece.

A cosmic girl

In the summer I was creating new, unusual outfits. I felt attracted to those huge sleeves and then yesterday before going to work I had some time so I checked the shop that I kept admiring for some time. I knew the clothes in there is of a certain value... But I entered anyways and I fell in love with that coat with puffy sleeves.

I tried it on... Just for fun and it fitted me perfectly. Oh no! I looked at the price tag and hold my breath. The sales assistant told me that as a first time buyer I can get 15 % discount... Well still. So I went home and couldn't stop thinking about the coat and it's vibrant energy. Like from a fairy tale. I posted a reel saying "a cosmic girl".

Then today I went to check it in another shop in Oxford circus and they told me there is no discount for this special line. I was a bit discouraged, but still there was hope. I will go to the shop I went to yesterday. In the train I saw a bag... *Cosmic* and a woman holding a leaflet saying *Celebration feast*.

I knew that if this coat is for me I will get the best deal... And I did. So I bought the coat that is beyond my ordinary purchases. It is not about the coat and the price I have paid. It is a confirmation from the Universe that the energy that is ours will be attracted to us and it will be in our life, no matter of our past, stories or anything else. I am an ARTIST in my soul, I love besuty, I love to celebrate life and this coat is an external expression of my deep core values 🤩🍀

So today I celebrate life, it's richness and a unique essence. Once we say YES it will keep showing up and support us. Anything is possible, everything is available... Just open your arms to receive it. 🙏🤩🥰

Love is the language of being... Not doing ❤️

I am back in London, the city full of action. People are busy, people are tired and no matter what they do or where they are at in their life - everyone is truly craving for one thing only - LOVE, the union with others - feeling included, feeling there is freedom to just BE with others with no judgment.

I had an experience of union when being in Belgium. On this training I have received the support to fully land in my body - zenthai shiatsu and movements supported my body into it's natural flow.

I felt I am home, within my own body and also in the space with others. Space of inclusion, space of peace and joy from being together with one main goal - to be connected.

Our teacher Nathan has emphasised the importance of the human connection. More and more we are living in isolation, we are so much in our head that each idea creates a separation, each thought becomes an obstacle in fully embracing others.

So here I am - this beautiful experience is asking me to integrate this further. The first step is to start with finding peace within myself and also being embodied in my own human existence, without judgment or criticism.

The next step is to include others, into the space of peace, ease and freedom to BE... that is LOVE of life, a precious gift we have.

Garden = Community

I love botanical gardens and garden centers. Various plants coexist together in the same space. Each one is unique and so different.
Those gardens they look so beautiful because there is more than just one plant.

I feel it is very similar with us, humans. Being on our own, as an individual, is not such a rich and colourful experience. The moment we come together, we start to vibrate on a different level naturlly radiating our own essence, the longer we coexist in each other presence the deeper our individuality starts to show up.

I had this experience recently on the training in Belgium. We met as individuals, one person entering the space = one plant and we left as a community = botanical garden.

The longer I was sharing those experiences with others, the more I felt I am being myself with them.
I wanted just to be present, simple included.

May our days be rich with deeper connections and fun experiences 🤩🍀🎉

Movement & Touch... When two worlds come together

For some time I was feeling my body was enjoying the integration of the movement (daily flow routine) and touch (reflexology) in my life.

I saw Movement & Touch as two separate things but wished for a way to unite them together - especially in my work for others.

So recently I discovered Zenthai shiatsu and felt a pull to experience it on my own body and learn about it.
The art of moving the body and connecting with it through touch, creating a melody that does soothe the nervous system, releases the tension and stress in a very gentle but effective flowing way.

I went for a training to Belgium for 4 days to learn from the masters of Zenthai Shiatsu. The training was incredible. I learnt a lot, I gave the gestures and I received the gestures. After those days I felt I fully landed in my body. The sweet nectar was flowing within my body generating this huge smile on my face... I am home, I am safe and I am happy.

On top of all that beautiful journey of reconnection with my own body I met sooo many beautiful kind hearted souls, from different parts of the world, with different stories. We all felt so connected, we felt we belong and that we are all in it together - we wish to make the world a more gentle, kind and loving space. Exploring this beautiful and rich life from a more intimate, heart centered perspective.

This way of connection was so soothing and the sparks that were created in each one of us will last forever. So now it's in my hands to pass this art of love, care and kindness to others. Here I am ready to be of service when I get called...as I need more practise 😅🙏❤️

Upcycling clothes makes sense 😄

I care about high quality natural materials and so I choose clothes that has those qualities.

Many times a dress looks beautiful but doesn't fit me - the size or the cut.

So I felt inspired to upcycle clothes that on its own are not a perfect fit for me. I did put together 2 dresses and made a folk inspired dress.

Why do we just look for an easy way out? ... We get rid of things that are in great condition and could still be used in a new way.
Our planet needs conscious consumers 🌞❤️

2 in 1 - maxmara afro cotton dress slim fit and layered long mustard cotton dress - both were bought second hand, like new.

When I invest my time and energy into items that I create, they feel different - nicer and somehow special 🤩

Creativity is a gift 🎁

For many years I thought it's normal to have creativity, to experiment, to put various ideas together to create something new and many times unusual.

In 2019 I was making paper mache dolls and dressing them up. Then I thought that's not good enough... So I stopped. I didn't see the value in my creation. I couldn't. I didn't see my gifts because I was rejecting my father's gifts. He didn't believe in his talents, he was insecure and scared to stand up for his talent. So his work reached only as far as few meters within our house.

Now I can see his level of creativity and the magic of his unusual artworks. Accepting his gift allowed me to accept mine. To take a different path - of courage, of determination, of love and passion.

Thank you Father for the gift I have inherited from you - the world of magic, the world of fantasy and dreaming.

I love what I can create, yes it's not perfect, but it is my way of celebrating life and choosing my unique path, filled with adventure and the unknown and expressing it into the outside world.

And thank you to my grandmother, my mum and my sister who were taking sewing more seriously than me when I was a child 😆🙏

Explore, ask, look within and look around. Any strong signs of fear, anger, shame, joy or bliss are indicators that you are touching your creative essence. No matter what it is learn to embrace it, love it and enjoy it. We are meant to create 🥰... In our own unique

Day 1...I see you.

We are starting today. The journey from Hate to Love. From disconnection to a deep bond with ourselves. Welcome home 🏡❤️

We need to recognise the pain that we currently feel. We may have lost someone we love, we may be missing that partner, we feel alone, angry, sad...

What we are truly missing is feeling that Happiness, Love that we gave that person and that we have been able to experience through our own body.

We are missing US, the being we have lost on the way of life, many times, maybe even already in our childhood.

We miss that honest, joyful and loving being... Existence connected to an unconditional Love.

Now we let those emotions, old feelings that still sit deep within our own body to rise to the surface... And transform them back to love, joy and inner peace.

Welcome home, embrace your authentic YOU, through finding love towards your body.

My 1st retreat will be this year... in Tuscany 🤩🎉

Today I have opened my diary from 2017. I had a wish in my heart to provide retreats for people. I imagined how it would feel and what I would want to deliver to people...

And now... I have one retreat booked in my calendar - we will go to Tuscany in September.

I am so excited and super grateful that I was chosen by my client 🤗🤩❤️🎊 Thank you Universe for hearing me out.
