Wonderful to have 43 meditators at this morning’s 15-Minute Meditations Course. 🙏🙏

Today we did a meditation specific to improving sleep.

It is so powerful to meditate with a warm-hearted group of people. I know it takes a strong intention to get up extra early… it is 100% worth it!
