I have had a fantastic 4 years 'teaching' Daisy Foundation classes and meeting so many inspirational parents and gorgeous bubbas and welcoming my own ' Daisy Baby' into the world. Being a tiny part of your oh so special time has been a true privilege. It's time for my bit of that journey to end,and new adventures for my family to come. It's the last week of term tonight so time to wave farewell to some of our mums-to-be as their due dates fast approach! Looking forward to those birth announcements. Fantastic course! I was worried about the stress I was putting on my pelvic floor when pregnant with my 3rd so took one of Kate's Holistic Core Restore courses. Lovely course with the lovely Kate. A big plus for me was that Kate/the course really helped to tune in my breath to my movement which I had been particularly lazy at with. I now just wish we had space for a trampoline in our garden!!!!
