Working with men with flower essences to bring more calm and balance into their lives.

Good evening to all.

As a mother to a son, a wife and a sister I know how important it is to help men.

It’s important for everyone to understand that men can suffer from stress, grief, and trauma just as much as women can.

However, societal pressures and expectations may prevent some men from seeking help or even recognizing their own struggles.

That’s why a year ago I decided to offer online appointments that cater specifically to men dealing with various mental and physical health issues.

My services are tailored to provide support, guidance, and healing for men who are seeking a safe and confidential space to explore their emotions and challenges.

If you’re a man who is struggling with mental or physical health issues and want to reach out to someone who can help you, feel free to reach out to learn more about how I can assist you on your journey towards wellness and recovery.

Over the years I have seen many men afraid to be in touch with their feelings and scared to ask for help through inner child healing. Broken friendships and relationships.

Nature is here to support you, just as much as they do for women.

I was talking to a young man on a train a week ago and he opened up about struggles he was having. It made me realise no matter how old men are, they are all struggling.

My posts are tailored to women, as I am a woman. However they are also there for all those men who love nature just as much as I do and to those men who are ready to invite more calm and balance into their lives.

When we find happiness in the little things this is where the magic begins.

Nature is calling to you to go outside and look at the raindrops on leaves, a duck with her ducklings, a dragon fly above a pond, a bee on a flower, a butterfly dancing, a bird singing, a squirrel collecting nuts, the trees whispering and so much more.
