Five years ago, Eloise came to us a few months after a C-section feeling physically drained and unsure of how to rebuild her strength.

She wasn’t someone who had ever felt at home in a gym environment, and strength training was completely new territory, yet she knew she wanted to feel capable again rather than simply hoping time would fix it.
