We are appalled by the antisemitic terror attack at a Hanukkah event on Bondi Beach today.

Our thoughts are with those who lost their lives, the injured, families affected and the whole Jewish community.

We must counter hatred and radicalisation. The rise of extremist hate around the world drives violence and terrorism.

A shared vision for physiotherapy education.

The new Physiotherapy Education Framework sets a clear, future-focused direction for the profession.

Co-created across the profession, it reflects what’s needed for modern healthcare:

• Tackling health inequities, including women’s health and underserved communities
• Building digital confidence for connected care
• Renewed focus on movement and exercise
• Developing skills across the four pillars of practice
• Recognising apprenticeship pathways
• Embedding sustainability for people and the planet

Sundeep Watkins, CSP Education Adviser and project lead, shares how the framework will shape the next generation of physiotherapists.
