✨ Grateful for patient trust & kind words ✨ I just want to thank this lovely gentleman for his incredibly thoughtful review and for allowing me to share his journey.

He presented with a very heavy, asymmetric upper eyelid, to the point where it was physically obstructing his field of vision. When your eyelids are that heavy, everyday activities including something as essential as driving can become genuinely unsafe.

Following surgery, that excess hooding has been carefully removed, opening up his visual field and restoring balance to his eyes. The result isn’t just aesthetic, it’s functional, improving both vision and confidence.

This is exactly why I love what I do: surgery that enhances how you look and how you live.

Babytox = tiny doses of botulinum toxin in classic areas (frown lines, forehead, crow’s feet).

I’m delighted to share this beautiful one-week result from a patient who underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty.

This lovely lady had significant loose, crepey upper-lid skin and at one week, her improvement already looks fantastic. The vast majority of my patients heal just like this.

But an important reminder:
✨ The result at one week often looks slightly better than the final outcome.
Why? Because swelling temporarily smooths the crepey texture, giving the illusion of tighter skin.

Upper lid surgery is excellent for removing excess skin but it doesn’t completely change crepiness or tighten the skin sitting just under the brow.

For patients who need that extra refinement, we may consider:
✔ A sub-brow excision
✔ A subtle temporal direct brow lift
Both are powerful options for improving residual looseness and achieving a smoother, more defined upper eyelid contour.
